A message to your younger self:

Sometimes as a teen it can be so difficult to see past where you are now: the school that you’re in, the friends that you have, the classes you take, or the problems you face. It’s hard to understand that, even when you’re facing a hard time, it will get better. All you have to do is have hope and hold on.

So, I asked a few of my friends (who are now in their twenties and well out of high school) to sit down and talk as if they were having a conversation with their younger self. I asked what advice they would give to themselves about those teen years: the pressures of fitting in, dealing with insecurities, facing bullying, etc.
